Outlook: This year will be a rebuilding year as the Raiders lose a lot of athletes to graduation. Gone is Conrad Meadows and nothing else needs to be said. The O-Line will have many holes to fill. Back is Steve Josker and Andres Vasquez. Luke Geller looks to step in off the bench and start this year. A surprise return is All-WSC RB Dan Mosier. Keeping him healthy will be a priority. Also back at RB is big James Clay and All-purpose guy Kyley McCrae. Tyler Roberson and Donald Senegal will compete at the QB spot. All receivers will freshman and Kevin Kawamoto and Mark Urbina are the top newcomers. Also freshman WR Justin Bradley is the son of Moorpark's great Freddy Bradley.

The defense will be led by All WSC DE James Brito-White and Paden Hart returns to his natural position at the other DE. They will anchor a defense which finished 11h overall in the WSC. He will get help from DB's Roy Holmes and newcomer Evan Yabu. The defense will have some spots to fill, especially at Linebacker, where another son of a Moorpark great Miller Aupiu Jr. will be playing.

Quote: " I believe we will have a good nucleus to build on this year. We met some goals by winning a conference championship. going to play-offs and winning. We fell one game short of going to the So Cal finals however. The quarterback situation is always the key. Tyler Roberson will probably be the guy, but Donald Senegal will be waiting. The defense will be led by Brito-White and Paden. Those two guys will be my defensive leaders and I'm going to lean heavily on those two guys to make great plays all year long. Overall, we should be competitive and we should beat Ventura AGAIN." -- Bittner.
