The MC Scholarship Office is here to help students reach their educational goals.We provide one-on-one assistance to help students find scholarships, request applications, draft personal statements, proofread applications, and provide help with any scholarship-related question. Scholarships are not a source of quick money. Locating scholarship listings takes time, effort, research, and patience. Students who begin their search early-and hit the ground running during the fall and spring- usually experience more success.The most important qualities one can possess in the scholarship process are diligence and determination. Students who apply for funding should expect, and plan for, a year-long process; similar to the college application process. Do not attempt to find one "perfect" scholarship and subsequently devote all of your time and effort to winning it. A wise scholarship hunter finds all of the scholarships he or she is eligible for, and applies for a great number, if not all of them.
