DO WE HAVE YOUR CURRENT E-MAIL ADDRESS?

With your current e-mail address on file, you’ll be able to receive important notices from your instructors and the college. You’ll also be able to use the automated PIN reset function on WebSTAR.

All you need to do is follow these easy steps:

  1. Log into WebSTAR at www.moorparkcollege.edu/webstar
  2. Select PERSONAL INFORMATION from the menu
  3. Select UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS
  4. Enter your address type (home, work, etc) and e-mail address
  5. Double check the e-mail address to make sure it’s correct!
  6. Click 'Submit'

STEP 1: ACCESSING WEB

Enter your 9-digit social security number or Student ID Number.

Enter your 6-digit PIN number. A note about your PIN: If you have not used WebSTAR recently, you may be required to choose a new PIN. To do so, log onto WebSTAR and you will be guided through the steps to create your new PIN. You may no longer use your date of birth as your PIN.

STEP 2: USING WEB REGISTRATION

  • Select the Student Services option from the main menu.
  • Select the Registration menu.
  • Select the Semester for which you are registering.
  • Select Registration: Add/Drop Classes.

STEP 3: REGISTRATION

  • If you know the Course Reference Numbers (CRNs) of the classes you want, enter them under the Add Class heading then click, Confirm Your Choices. OR
  • If you are searching for classes, click on, Course Shopping Cart. When you find the class you want, click the box to the left of the class, then select the Register Classes option, then Confirm Your Choices.
  • If the class(es) you select are available, you will be added. If they are closed or unavailable to you, you will receive an error message.
  • Once you’ve selected all your classes, click, Complete Your Registration.

STEP 4: SELECTING MC PHOTO ID AND PARKING

  • Click on Parking to purchase a parking permit.
  • Click on Student Card to purchase the MC Photo ID Card.

STEP 5: FEE PAYMENT

  • Click on Pay Your Fees On-Line With a Credit Card.
  • Enter your credit card information. Click on Submit Payment. ORFollow the instructions listed under, Fee Payment to pay your fees in person or by mail.

STEP 6: EXIT

Make sure you click EXIT to leave the registration process. This protects the privacy and confidentiality of your records.
