College General InformationMoorpark College is a fully accredited public community college providing quality academic programs since 1967. Located in eastern Ventura County midway between Pacific Ocean beaches and the city of Los Angeles, Moorpark college affords student access to abundant recreational, cultural and career opportunities. Moorpark College offers day, evening and weekend classes in 100 academic and vocational programs during the spring, summer and fall semesters. Thousands of students transfer to four-year colleges and universities each year while hundreds more graduate with associate degrees and occupational certificates. Tuition is just $26.00 per unit. Admission is open to any adult capable of profiting from instruction. High school juniors and seniors can attend Moorpark College concurrently with parental permission and permission of their high school counselor.
