EOPS Home Page

Steps to Follow

  1. Fill out College Application for Admission.

  2. Have your high school and/or college attended send transcripts of all academic work completed.

  3. Review College catalog regarding admissions eligibility, desired major, one or two year programs and general requirements for academic success.

  4. Make an appointment to see a counselor in order to identify class schedule and information pertaining to major or academic interest.

  5. Using schedule of classes, select appropriate times for each of your desired courses.

  6. Apply for financial aid by completing a Student Aid Application for California (SAAC). Be sure to indicate on application that you are also applying for the PELL Grant.

  7. Complete all required financial aid documentation as soon as possible and return them to the Financial Aid Office.

  8. After receiving your PELL/SER, bring all copies to the Financial Aid Office for processing.

  9. Transfer students who attended other colleges are responsible for having all financial aid transcripts on file in the Student Financial Aid Office.

  10. Fill our EOPS Form I and any other required forms and return to the EOPS Office.

  11. Make an appointment with the EOPS Coordinator to verify eligiblity for the EOPS Program.

  12. For early registration assistance, contact the EOPS office.

  13. Complete the EOPS high school transcript request form.

  14. Be sure to take the Moorpark College Assessment Test (TOPS) in Math, English and Reading.
